HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS DON’T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT.

TEAM CHALLENGE

A healthy team that communicates and works together is a powerful force in the marketplace. But when teammates don’t trust one another enough to engage in productive conflict and take action together, it is a colossal waste of energy and resources. In a Team Challenge with Skull & Bones Society, your team will grow closer together and perform better as a result of facing challenges and obstacles as one.

A Team Challenge with Skull & Bones Society is the ideal setting for teammates to learn to work together through physical and mental obstacles. Team Challenges are available in Light and Heavy formats, depending on the timeframe and depth of challenge your team is looking for. Team Challenges combine a mix of activities, education, and debriefs to enhance individual and shared learning and make direct applications to the challenges of work and life. All Team Challenges are designed and facilitated by a Skull & Bones Society facilitator.

Life is a team sport.

THE STAGES OF TEAM DEVELOPMENT

“This course is excellent for driving a team towards understanding their own values and drives in life, and when they better understand themselves, they are better able to serve the organization and community around them. Define, Reflect, Act. Dusty and Cecily do an excellent job conveying a sense of safety and trust of everyone in the seminar.”
