Dusty has been leading teams and mentoring individuals since 2008. His work building and leading teams has taught him the importance of intention and relationship at every level of development, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, communicating, reviewing, and even terminating.

FOUNDER, COACH, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Cecily is a lifelong student of the practice of goal setting and its many applications to the art of living well. She created our original goal-setting curriculum and since 2011 has shared this methodology with individuals and teams in corporate, academic, rehab, retreat, and personal development settings. Cecily is also the creative engine behind our website, presentation materials, and photography.

Specialties: resumé, interviewing, executive culture

One of the lucky few who managed to turn his passion into a full-time career, Scott’s decade+ in the luxury auto industry has taken him around the world and in the process he learned the skillset and mindset for success in the corporate setting. He puts that experience to use as our resumé coach and as a leader and mentor in our mastermind development groups.

Specialties: analytical thinker who approaches problems strategically

Christian is an adaptable and driven professional whose passion for continuous growth inspires his work as a mentor and coach.

Having successfully navigated significant life transitions such as intentional career changes and relocation, Christian understands the complexities young adults and college students face today.

Christian’s professional background is equally impressive. He worked as a military operations analyst at a Fortune 100 company (Lockheed Martin) before making an intentional pivot to join the strategy team of the nation’s leading provider of higher education telehealth services, TimelyCare. These experiences have equipped him with a unique perspective on problem-solving, strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership.

Christian is a fitness enthusiast with a love for skiing, hiking, cars, golf and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
