PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Process what’s going well and what’s not (and why) so you can set goals and create a path forward. Professional coaching (also called life coaching) is appropriate for any age or stage.

We recommend starting with a series of 8 weekly sessions.

7 HABITS COACHING

Through 7 habits coaching, you will learn practical knowledge, tools, and skills that help you cultivate winning habits in your life. With wisdom from Covey’s 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, James Clear’s Atomic Habits, and Charles Duhigg’s The Power of Habit, habit coaching will help you plan the route from where you are today to where you want to be.

Curriculum is 8 hours total, which can be completed in 8 separate sessions or 2 4-hour intensives.
