Wanted: Small Business with Big Aspirations

WANTED: Small to mid size business that is serious about providing growth and development for their staff.

Companies struggle when their talent decides to go somewhere else. The cost of hiring and training can feel like such a waste when employees don’t stay around very long.

Successful business are built by successful teams. Successful teams are composed of driven and emotionally intelligent individuals. I believe great companies invest in and care about the ongoing development of their employees at an individual level. And I think doing so is the type of investment that shows employees the care needed to encourage them to stay committed to the company for the long haul.

I’m looking for a small to mid size business that would like to offer a growth and development opportunity for their team. A program like this would be customized for the group size and goals of the company. I would work one on one with the leadership to set a development plan and timeline, then meet regularly with the employees to accomplish these goals.
